About: Wilmington College focuses on hands-on learning in the agriculture program. An educational farm enhances the classroom experience and a new, state-of-the-art Center for the Sciences and Agriculture sets Wilmington’s laboratory facilities apart.
The agriculture program at Wilmington College is one of only two colleges in Ohio to offer a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture. In contrast to larger land grant universities in the U.S., Wilmington offers a unique mix of both academic and practical experience in its program.
The agricultural program offers advanced agriculture courses designed to prepare students for participation in the agriculture industry or pre-professional graduate programs. Wilmington students learn by doing.
