About: Kent State Columbiana County campuses (Salem and East Liverpool) offer a Rural Scholars program for middle and high school students from several schools in the county. Scholars are identified as students who have the potential to go to college yet don’t have the support to make it happen. Scholars finishing the program receive full tuition to Kent State University.
