Esther Pries, of Knox, Pa., took Farm and Dairy to Erskine, Minn., on a recent trip. While there, she visited Aimee Ness and Diane Hoeft. Esther used to work at Ness Cafe in Erskine. The cafe is celebrating its 100th anniversary in June.
