When Kevin Minor of Wellsburg, W. Va., wanted to surprise his wife, RuLetta, on their 25th wedding anniversary with a trip to Trelawny, Jamaica, he had everything planned out. Of course, an anniversary naturally needs extra charm. Luckily, the Farm and Dairy was there to fill the void. Congratulations to both of them! Incidentally, the Minors were Brooke County’s conservation farmers of the year in 2008, which is also worthy of congratulations.
