Filling Ingredients:
- 1 small box instant pistachio pudding mix
- 1 8-oz. tub Cool Whip
- 1 20-oz. can crushed pineapple
- 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Crust Ingredients:
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 3/4 cup chopped nuts
Directions:
- Mix filling ingredients and chill.
Directions for Crust:
- Combine all crust ingredients, press into bottom of 9″ x 13″ pan.
- Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
- Cool completely before pouring the filling in.
- Keep dessert refrigerated.
