Ingredients:
- 2 salmon fillets (6 oz. each), skin removed
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3 Tbsp. quick-cooking oats, crushed
- 3 Tbsp. finely chopped walnuts
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- Place salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Combine remaining ingredients; press onto salmon.
- Bake until fish just begins to flake easily with a fork, 12 to 15 minutes.
