Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground venison
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- ¼ cup water
- ¼ cup vinegar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 8 ounces low-sodium condensed tomato soup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat for approximately 30 minutes. Serve on whole grain bun.
