Ingredients:
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 head lettuce
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- Ripe olives
- 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Ingredients for Dressing:
- 1 cup oil
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 small finely chopped onion
- Pinch of salt
Directions:
- Brown ground beef, drain.
- Add taco seasoning and water.
- Cook 5 minutes; cool completely.
- Mix together all vegetables.
- Arrange salad on plate, top with ground beef and dressing.
Directions for Dressing:
- Place all ingredients in a blender container; blend until combined.
