Ingredients:
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. soda
- 2 cups sour milk
- 4 Tbsp. melted butter
- 2 eggs
Directions:
- Beat whites and yolks of eggs separately.
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Add beaten yolks and milk slowly, beating constantly; beat in the melted butter: add beaten whites.
- Drop by spoonfuls on hot, well greased waffle iron.
