Ingredients for Cake:
- 1-1/2 cups biscuit mix
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Ingredients for Topping:
- 1/4 cup flour
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. butter, firm
Directions:
- Mix together the cake ingredients for 1 minute. Pour into a well greased 13x9x2-inch pan.
- Combine topping ingredients – butter should be firm so it will break up and not get creamy. When topping is crumbly, sprinkle over cake batter.
- Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
