Ingredients:
- 1 head cauliflower trimmed, rinsed, dried
- 1/4 cup salted butter, room temperature
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 pinch each salt and pepper
Directions:
- Mix the butter with the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
- Rub the butter mixture evenly over the top of the cauliflower.
- Place cauliflower into a cast iron or foil pan.
- Smoke at 350 F until the cauliflower is fork-tender, about 40-45 minutes.
- Remove from smoker and sprinkle parmesan cheese over top.
