Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Italian bulk sausage
- 3 jars of pasta sauce (24 oz. each)
- 1 lb. spaghetti noodles
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella/Parmesan cheese mix
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 14.5 oz can chicken broth
Directions:
- Brown Italian sausage in medium skillet. Drain grease and set sausage aside.
- Pour one jar of pasta sauce on the bottom of your slow cooker. Break spaghetti noodles in half and place on top of sauce. Put sausage on top of noodles. Sprinkle with mozzarella/Parmesan cheeses. Cut cream cheese into little chunks and put on top of cheeses. Pour another jar of pasta sauce over the cream cheese.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on high for 3 hours, stirring every hour throughout cooking time.
- Pour the last jar of pasta sauce, as needed, and add chicken broth into the slow cooker. Replace lid and cook on low for one hour more.
