Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup biscuit baking mix
- 2/3 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 4 cups sliced peaches
- 1/2 cup peach juice or water
Directions:
- Combine baking mix, oats, brown sugar and cinnamon in a slow cooker. Stir in peaches and juice or water. Cover and cook on low setting for 5 to 6 hours.
- Remove lid for last 30 minutes to crisp the top. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream. Serves 4 to 6.
