Ingredients:
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, seeded and sliced
- 2 cans tomato paste, 6-oz. ea.
- 1 can tomatoes 14.5-oz., diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
- 6 medium chicken thighs, skins removed
Directions:
- Place all the ingredients in a slow cooker. Cook on high for 4 hours. Serve in a bowl or over whole wheat rotini pasta if desired.
