Ingredients:
- 1 lb. ground beef, browned
- 7 cups tortilla chips
- 15 oz. can black beans, rinsed
- 8 oz. colby jack cheese, shredded
- 15 oz. can refried beans
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup pico de gallo
- 1/2 cup guacamole
Directions:
- Heat oven to 450 F. On rimmed baking sheet, toss chips, black beans and half of colby jack.
- Dollop refried beans on top and sprinkle with remaining colby jack. Bake until beans are heated through and cheese has melted, 6 to 7 minutes.
- Dollop sour cream over nachos and top with lettuce, pico de gallo and guacamole.
