Ingredients for Salad:
- 3 cups rice, cooked
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 Granny Smith apple, chopped
- 1 cup red seedless grapes
- 2/3 cup golden raisins
- 2 cups chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
Ingredients for Marinade:
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1½ tsp. white wine vinegar
- 1½ tsp. coarse grain mustard
- 1½ tsp.curry powder
Ingredients for Sauce:
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1 tsp. coarse grain mustard
- To taste salt and pepper
Directions:
- Sprinkle chopped apple with lemon juice and combine with other salad ingredients. Combine marinade mixture and pour over salad. Stir and chill for several hours, mixing occasionally.
- Add sauce ingredients to the chilled rice mixture. Toss to coat. Serve and enjoy.
