Ingredients:
- 1 cup converted rice
- 1 can consomme or beef bouillon soup
- 1 can French onion soup
- 1 can mushrooms (including liquid)
- couple teaspoons butter
Directions:
- Mix together and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours in a 2 quart covered casserole dish.
