Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. soda
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. Crisco shortening
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. rhubarb, cut fine
Ingredients For Topping:
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions:
- Mix together brown sugar, egg, milk, soda, flour, shortening, salt, vanilla and rhubarb.
- Pour into a greased 9×13 pan.
- Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle on top of batter.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Serve with cool whip when cool.
