Quick Hollandaise Sauce
Ingredients:
- 2 large egg yolks
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- ½ cup butter, melted and slightly cooled
- To taste salt and ground black pepper
Directions:
- Whisk egg yolks, lemon juice, milk, salt and pepper together in a microwave-safe bowl. Whisk in melted butter, a little at a time, until smooth.
- Cook in the microwave on medium power in 15-second intervals, whisking after each interval, until sauce is thick and hot, about 1 minute.
