Ingredients:
- 6 pork chops
- 3 medium Wealthy apples, each cut into 6 rings
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
Directions:
- Brown the chops on one side. Turn. Put 3 apple rings on each chop. Cover until apples are tender, about 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle each apple ring with sugar, cover and cook 2 more minutes. Serve.
