Ingredients:
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 1/2 lb. ground venison
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 tsp. dried sage
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. brown mustard
- 1 Tbsp. canola oil
Directions:
- Combine pork, venison, salt, black pepper, sage, basil, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder and mustard in a large bowl and mix well.
- Form into patties or logs or fill sausage casings.
- Heat oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet. Cook sausage until browned and cooked through.
