Yield: 2 cups
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. finely minced onion
- 1 cup canola oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. poppy seeds
Directions:
- Combine first five ingredients in blender and blend until smooth on low speed. Turn to high and slowly add oil. Last, add poppy seeds and blend a few seconds. Serve or refrigerate.
