Ingredients:
- 4 hot dog buns, toasted
- 4 links of fully-cooked kielbasa (I used turkey)
- 1 32 oz. package of frozen french fries, cooked according to package directions
- 1/2 cup your favorite BBQ sauce
- 2 cup prepared coleslaw
- 1 Tbsp. canola oil
Directions:
- Heat skillet over med-high heat. Add oil and heat until it just starts to shimmer.
- Cook kielbasa in oil turning frequently until heated through. Place each link in a toasted bun.
- Equally divide BBQ sauce and place on top of kielbasa followed by fries and then slaw.
- Serve immediately.
