Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup plum preserves
- 3 Tbsp. green onion, minced
- 2 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
- 2 tsp. fresh ginger, minced
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
Directions:
- Shake together all ingredients in a glass jar with a lid. Marinate meat in a sealable plastic bag when needed. Good for steak or chicken.
