Ingredients:
- 8 oz. cream cheese softened
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded, divided
- ½ cup cheddar cheese shredded
- ½ tsp. dried oregano
- ¼ tsp dried basil
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- ¼ cup fresh parmesan cheese shredded
- pepperoni slices to taste, approx. ¼ cup
- 1 loaf of sourdough bread cut into cubes for serving
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Mix cream cheese, ¾ cup mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, oregano, basil and salt to taste. Spread into a pie pan or 2-quart casserole dish.
- Top the cream cheese mixture with pizza sauce. Sprinkle with remaining cheeses followed by pepperoni.
- Bake 25 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is browned.
- Cool 5 minutes before serving. Serve with cubed bread.
