Ingredients for the Cake:
- 1 box white cake mix
- 3.4-oz. pkg. instant pistachio pudding mix
- 1 cup oil
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1 cup club soda
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts , for garnish
Ingredients for the Frosting:
- 2 envelopes whipped topping mix
- 1-1/2 cups cold milk
- 3.4-oz. pkg. instant pistachio pudding mix
Directions for the Cake:
- Combine all cake ingredients, blend for 4 minutes and pour batter into a greased and floured 10″ tube pan.
- Bake at 350° for 45-50 minutes or until cake passes the toothpick test. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then remove and cool completely on a wire rack.
Directions for the Frosting:
- Combine whipped topping mix and milk together. Blend until soft peaks form.
- Add pudding mix, and blend until fluffy.
- Frost cake and garnish with chopped nuts. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
