Pineapple Whip

Ingredients:

• 2 cups frozen pineapple
• 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
• 1/4 cup pineapple juice

Directions:

1. Combine ingredients in blender and blend until nice and smooth. Spoon into single serve cups or bowls and enjoy!

Note: This may be made ahead and frozen in an air tight container then scooped like ice cream for serving.
