Ingredients:
- 1½ cups crushed pineapple undrained
- ¾ cup water
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- ½ cup packed brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
Directions:
- Drain the crushed pineapple in a colander set over a medium saucepan. Set pineapple aside.
- Add water to pineapple juice and whisk in cornstarch until dissolved and smooth. Add the brown sugar and crushed pineapple and set the saucepan over medium heat.
- Bring mixture to a boil, stirring frequently, for 2 to 3 minutes until thickened.
- Remove saucepan from the heat and stir in butter and apple cider vinegar. Serve with ham.
