Ingredients:
- 4 cups dry parboiled or Ben’s Original Rice
- 6 Tbsp. butter, melted.
- 24 oz. chicken broth
- 2 3/4 cups water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 3/4 tsp. Lawry’s seasoned salt
- 2 tsp. chicken flavored soup base
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- In a 4-quart baking dish add rice and butter. Mix until well coated.
- Add chicken broth, water, seasonings and mix lightly. Cover tightly and bake for exactly 1 1/2 hours. Do not uncover or stir at any time until ready to serve.
- Makes 4 quarts.
