Ingredients:
- 1 – 3 oz. box Peach Jello
- 1 1/2 cups boiling water
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 Tbsp. corn starch dissolved in 1/2 c. cold water
- 3-4 peaches, peeled & sliced
- Cool Whip
Directions:
- Bring water to a boil and add sugar and Jello.
- Continue to boil until dissolved.
- Add corn starch mixture and stir until thickened. Cool completely.
- Add peaches and pour into a baked 9″ pie shell. Refrigerate.
- Cover with Cool Whip and serve. Yum! Yum!
