Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup flour
Directions:
- Mix first 3 ingredients and let sit for 5-10 minutes.
- Mix in the remaining ingredients. Do not over mix.
- Fry in oiled skillet. Serve with maple syrup.
