Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup white granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
- Whisk together flour, old-fashioned oats, baking powder, baking soda and salt in mixing bowl.
- In another bowl, mix butter, brown sugar, white sugar, eggs and vanilla extract using a mixer.
- Combine wet and dry mixtures and continue mixing until all ingredients are wet. Fold in chocolate chips and nuts.
- Spray a 9-by-13-inch baking pan with nonstick spray and add mixture.
- Bake in a preheated 350 F oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until the center is done when a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before cutting in squares. Makes about 15 to 20 bars.
