Nutella Marshmallow Quesadillas

Ingredients:

• 4 soft flour tortillas
• 8 Tbsp Nutella
• 8 Tbsp. marshmallow creme
• 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
• 2 tsp. cinnamon
• 2 tsp. sugar

Directions:

1. Preheat your grill to low.
2. Warm, but do not brown the tortillas and then lay them flat on a work surface. Spread 2 tablespoons of Nutella and 2 tablespoons of marshmallow creme on top of each one. Fold them in half and return them to the grill.
3. When the filling is slightly oozing out of the tortillas, remove from the grill and quickly brush with melted butter. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top and serve warm.
