Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cups quick oats
- 1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup nut butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, optional
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients.
- Form into 24 equally sized balls using your hands.
- Arrange bites on a lined baking sheet and freeze until firm, about 1 hour.
- Keep bites stored in the refrigerator or freezer.
