Ingredients:
- 12 oz. Can frozen orange juice
- 20 oz. can unsweetened crushed pineapple
- 3 ripe bananas (or more as needed)
- 3 12 oz. Cans of water
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients in an extra large bowl. Place in freezer.
- Stir a couple of times before frozen. May put in 8-to-16-ounce cottage or cream cheese container before frozen.
- Before drinking, allow to thaw for 10 to 15 minutes. Low calorie, very refreshing and good for you.
