Ingredients:
- 1 lb. bacon, cut in one-inch pieces, cooked
- 1 lb. Italian sausage, casings removed, cooked
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 1/2 cups pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
- 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan
- For serving 1 loaf Baguette, sliced
Directions:
- In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, 1 cup mozzarella, ricotta, Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Add bacon and sausage to mixture and stir to combine.
- Transfer mixture to 1-quart baking dish that will fit in IP.
- Spread pizza sauce on top of dip and sprinkle with remaining 1 cup mozzarella. Top with pepperoni and parmesan. Cover baking dish tightly with foil.
- Place the trivet in the bottom of pot and pour in 1 cup of water.
- Place baking dish on IP sling, or foil sling, and lower onto trivet.
- Lock lid and set to high for 15 minutes. Let pressure release before opening. Using the sling handles or tinfoil, carefully remove baking dish.
