Ingredients:
- 6-9 slices French Bread
- 3-oz. softened cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 cup oleo or butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 3 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1-1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- maple syrup
Directions:
- Heat oven to 400°.
- Spread cream cheese on both sides of bread and place in a 13×9 inch pan.
- Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon evenly overbred slices.
- In a medium bowl, whisk all remaining ingredients until well mixed. Pour over bread.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until puffy and set. Serve immediately with maple syrup.
