Ingredients:
- 6 cups rice chex cereal
- 2 4 oz. white chocolate baking bars
- 1 Tbsp. lemon zest
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Directions:
- Place the cereal in a 2 1/2 gallon resealable zip bag. Set aside.
- In a medium microwave-safe bowl, add the white chocolate, lemon zest, lemon juice and butter. Microwave in 30 second increments until melted, stirring often.
- Pour the melted mixture over cereal and toss bag to coat cereal gently.
- Add the powdered sugar over top. Shake gently to coat all the cereal and pour into a serving bowl.
