Ingredients:
- 2 pkg. lemon Jello
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 cups 7-Up
- 2 cups crushed pineapple, drained, juice reserved for topping
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 2 lg. bananas, sliced
Topping:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 cup whipped cream
Directions:
- Dissolve Jello in boiling water and let cool. Fold in 7-up, pineapple, marshmallows and bananas in the Jello and let set until it becomes firm.
- For the topping: Combine sugar, flour, juice and egg. Cook over low heat until thick. Remove from heat, add butter and chill.
- After cool, fold whipped cream into mixture.
