Ingredients:
- 2 lb. bag sauerkraut, drained
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup onion, chopped
Directions:
- Heat sugar, oil and vinegar. When sugar is dissolved, pour over kraut and add chopped vegetables. Serve chilled.
