Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip
Ingredients:
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 14 oz. can water-packed artichoke hearts, rinsed, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Assorted crackers
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- In a large bowl, combine the first seven ingredients; mix well. Stir in the artichokes and spinach.
- Transfer to a greased 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake, uncovered, for 20 to 25 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and edge is lightly browned. Serve with crackers.
