Ingredients:
- 1 qt. prepared yellow mustard
- 1 qt. cider vinegar
- 6 cups sugar
- 11⁄4 cups flour
- 11⁄2 cups water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 40 medium banana peppers
Directions:
- Seed and chop peppers. A food processor works well.
- Mix everything together in a large pot. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Ladle into hot, sterilized jars. Cap with hot lid and the ring and process in hot water bath for 10 minutes.
