Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp. stone-ground mustard
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 small shallot, minced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions:
- Whisk all ingredients in a small bowl until the oil and vinegar emulsify. If you own an immersion blender, you can pulse the dressing a few times to make it creamier. Don’t pulse too much or you will break up the mustard seeds.
