Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2C flour
- 1/2 c milk
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Using a spaetzle maker, add dough to maker over boiling water.
- Boil until they float, about 7 minutes.
- Drain. Add a pat of butter.
- Serve stew over spaetzle
