Ingredients:
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. milk or water
- 2-3 cups flour
Directions:
- Combine beaten egg, milk and salt.
- Add 1 cup of flour, mix. Continue to add enough flour to make a stiff dough.
- Roll very thin, or run through a pasta machine until thin, then cut into strips. If you don’t have a pasta machine, fold dough into a square and cut into 1/4” wide strips.
- Separate noodles and spread out on a floured surface to dry (2 hours, or overnight). Makes 3 cups cooked noodles.
