Ingredients:
- 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh dill
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise, not salad dressing
- 1/2 tsp. salt or to taste
- 1/4 tsp. pepper or to taste
Directions:
- Shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces and place into a large bowl.
- Add pecans, celery, onion and chopped dill to the chicken. Toss well.
- In a separate bowl, mix the sour cream and the mayonnaise. Stir the mixture into the chicken salad. Season the salad with salt and pepper.
- Chill before serving. Serve on mini croissants.
