Ingredients:
- 1 lb 80/20 hamburger
- 10 oz. container beef stock
- 3-4 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 cup 2% milk
- To taste salt and pepper
- To taste onion salt
- Dash Worcestershire sauce
Directions:
- Brown hamburger in skillet. Salt and pepper to taste. Add onion salt to your liking. Do not drain fat.
- Add 3 to 4 tablespoons of flour until all juices are absorbed. Then add milk and beef stock. Add stock until you get the consistency you want.
- Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 30 minutes.
- Serve over mashed potatoes and biscuits.
