Hamburger Gravy

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb 80/20 hamburger
  • 10 oz. container beef stock
  • 3-4 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 cup 2% milk
  • To taste salt and pepper
  • To taste onion salt
  • Dash Worcestershire sauce

Directions:

  1. Brown hamburger in skillet. Salt and pepper to taste. Add onion salt to your liking. Do not drain fat.
  2. Add 3 to 4 tablespoons of flour until all juices are absorbed. Then add milk and beef stock. Add stock until you get the consistency you want.
  3. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 30 minutes.
  4. Serve over mashed potatoes and biscuits.
