Hamburger Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs. lean ground beef (90% lean)
  • 1 sm. onion, chopped
  • 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed golden mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
  • 1 pkg. (20 oz.) frozen crinkle-cut french fries

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. In a large skillet, cook onion and crumbled beef over medium heat until browned; drain. Season as desired. Stir in soups.
  3. Pour into a greased 13-by-9-inch baking dish. Arrange the french fries on top.
  4. Bake, uncovered, until the fries are golden brown, 50-55 minutes.
