Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. lean ground beef (90% lean)
- 1 sm. onion, chopped
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed golden mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
- 1 pkg. (20 oz.) frozen crinkle-cut french fries
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- In a large skillet, cook onion and crumbled beef over medium heat until browned; drain. Season as desired. Stir in soups.
- Pour into a greased 13-by-9-inch baking dish. Arrange the french fries on top.
- Bake, uncovered, until the fries are golden brown, 50-55 minutes.
