Ingredients:
- 8 ears corn, shucked and rinsed
- Stick butter
- Kosher salt
Directions:
- Place corn directly on the grill and cook, turning occasionally, until charred on all sides and fully tender, about 10 minutes total. Remove from the grill and let it rest for 2 minutes. Roll in butter, salt and serve.
OPTION: Grill in foil: Place husked corn, wrapped in foil, directly on the grill. Turn occasionally for about 15 minutes. The outside will get black but inside tender and moist. Let cool for a few minutes, remove from foil, butter and serve.
