Ingredients:
- 1 2/3 cup crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup whipping cream, whipped
- 1 1/2 cup rice (long grain, white)
- 4 cups water (approx.)
- 1 cup raisins
Directions:
- Combine first 4 ingredients and bring to a boil, stirring constantly until thickened. Remove from heat and cool. Cook rice with water and raisins. Cool slightly. Add pineapple mixture and whipped cream.
